NOTICE OF MEETING

The 59th Annual General Meeting of the Peterborough Motor Sports Club, Inc. will be held on the 28th day of November, 2018 at 7:00pm.

Location is The Souvlaki Pit Restaurant,

75 George Street North,

Peterborough,Ontario

PRELIMINARY AGENDA:

  • Annual Reports of the Executive
  • Setting of 2019 membership fees
  • Setting of entry fees for events
  • Election of Certain Officers – Nominations          President (2- years)

    •  The President will preside at all regular, annual and committee meetings and conduct them in accordance with parliamentary authority named in Article 7 of the By-laws. The President shall sign all official documents and countersign all cheques. The President, as chief executive officer, shall supervise the club’s affairs and activities.

    • Secretary (2-Years)

      The Secretary shall record the minutes of all meetings and shall keep the records in accordance with the parliamentary authority named in Article Seven (7) of the By-laws. The Secretary shall prepare the minutes for publication each month.

    • Competition Director (1 year)

        The Competition Director shall be responsible for recruiting organizers for all PMSC events and keeping a record of all competition points and standings. These shall be published  on the Clubs web site on a regular basis. The director may recruit committee members as necessary, and shall be responsible for each event’s compliance with current club rules and regulations.

  •      Rally Cross
  •      Autocross
  •      Ice Race (Tim Fleguel)
  •      Other

Communications Director.(1 Year)

Promote the club via any media available.

Work with event Organizers to promote events.
