• Approval of minutes of last meeting. Approved
• Approval of Agenda: Approved
• OPEN ISSUES
  • Ice Race Weekend Report;  Len reported 153 entries.  Alain reported a profit of over $2400.
  • New Meeting Location: Dan   Nothing to report.
  • NOTICE OF MOTION: Amendments to the PMSC Constitution:
    1. Moved by Len, Seconded by Pete Gulliver.
       • To be discussed and voted upon at March 27, 2019 meeting.

• 2019 Competition Calendar
  1. Rich reported on plans for 10 Autoslalom events.
  2. Alain reported Spring Run Off Rally, an ORRC event, April 27^th is in the planning stage.

• Pete updated 5 Rally Cross events at Burnt River starting in April.
  • A member of the Lexus group has approached PMSC regarding running the Rally Cross events.
• Insurance and Affiliation Fees
  1. Alain prepared cheques for ASN and CARS.
  2. Len prepared paper work and will post both documents & cheques tomorrow.

• Fees for CASC and RSO have already been paid.

• RSO AGM Proxy
  1. The 2018 Annual General Meeting of Rally Sport Ontario is March 16^th at Bakers Hill.
  2. A Club Proxy was been prepared for the meeting.
• NEW BUSINESS
  1. Peter Watt talked about his trip to the Monte Carlo Rally.
  2. He also presented information on a tour company which has packages for the Rally Great Britian.
